Topic: ASSP Columbia-Willamette Chapter 80th Anniversary!

Join us to commemorate 80 years advancing Occupational Safety and Health professions in Oregon and SW Washington! What began in December 1941, when a group of 25 safety engineers from the Portland area gathered to form a society of safety engineers has flourished as an indispensable resource for our community. Our members are dedicated to making the world a safer and healthier place, and their tireless efforts lead to fewer injuries, illnesses and fatalities. For this meeting, we’ll celebrate member milestones, Chapter accomplishments, share lessons learned, and swap stories as we look toward the future!

As a community of learners, our members are experts, mentors, and mentees growing together in support of a safe and healthy workforce. For our 80th Anniversary, we will spotlight some of our past, current, and future leaders to share how ASSP-CWC has helped them on their journey to success.

Registration Closes: Thursday, December 7th @ 5pm 

While walk-ins are welcome with an additional fee, we greatly appreciate your registration before the registration close date so that we can provide an accurate food and seating headcount to the venue.

For new ASSP Members that are attending a meeting for the first time, please use the code provided in your welcome email to waive your registration fees for your first meeting when registering online. If you do not pre-register and choose to join us day-of, please bring a copy of your welcome email with the code to waive your fee.

Cancellations: Cancellation requests made after the close of registration are not eligible for a refund. If you make a request to cancel your registration before the event date, your registration credit may be used to attend the membership meeting immediately following the meeting you could not attend, as long as you reach out and request a credit before the event date. Please contact one of the following chapter officers to notify them of your cancellation and to request a credit for the next meeting: President, President-Elect, VP, Treasurer, Treasurer-Elect. If you are not able to attend the meeting immediately following the meeting you could not attend, we are not able to extend your registration credit.
