Come join Leigh Manning and Kim Henry from SAIF Corportation as we explore the steps from beginning to end on how to setup total worker health in your organization. Leigh Manning, CSP, is a Sr. Safety Management Consultant for SAIF Corporation in Eugene and has been working in professional safety for thirteen years. Prior to working at SAIF, Leigh worked in Risk Management at Safeway, Inc. Leigh has a BA in Journalism from the University of Oregon and a Master’s of Public Health from Portland State University. She works extensively with the American Society of Safety Professionals, recently receiving a national Significant Contributor Award from the Health & Wellness branch of that organization. A 5th generation Oregonian, she is committed to making Oregon the safest state for all workers. She is also an avid fan of the Oregon Ducks.
Kim Henry is a Certified Industrial Hygienist with SAIF Corporation (Oregon’s not-for-profit, state-chartered workers’ compensation insurance company) and provides industrial hygiene, risk, and exposure evaluation services to clients throughout Oregon. She has fourteen years of experience in the environmental, health, and safety field including managing an EHS team in the aerospace industry and an environmental team in a large Colorado school district. She has served as and industrial hygiene professional in the biotech industry and in consulting for a variety of industries including hospitals, technology, agriculture, and construction. She is originally from Colorado where she received her Master of Science degree in Environmental Health from Colorado State University.
