December Membership Meeting 2022
December 8, 2022
11:30 am - 1:00 pm
Topic: Let’s talk about workplace mental well-being!
One in five employees at the workplace experience mental health conditions. The stigma and lack of awareness of mental health and well-being at work persist as barriers. As we work towards mental health awareness for all, we review tools to support someone with a mental health condition or in crisis.
This presentation will cover the following:
- Understanding mental well-being in the workplace
- Provide tools to support someone with a mental health condition or in crisis
- Practicing hard conversations
- How EAP can be a mental health resource in the workplace
- Offering resources for support
