Job Description: Work closely with leadership, management and frontline employees to create and support organizational excellence through safety programming, disaster preparedness and risk management. Identify and reduce risks through policy development, safety program training development and implementation, and coordinate safety teams. The role also includes emergency planning and response through collaboration with agencies like the Oregon Department of Emergency Management and FEMA, provide disaster preparedness training, and maintain a Continuity of Operations Plan. Additionally, this position will manage the agency’s risk management tasks, like claims, risk reports, and consultations.

Job Description: ISS is searching for a Senior Safety Manager to oversee safety operations at data centers construction projects. The role will involve developing and implementing safety policies, conducting regular site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Working with General Contractors at multiple locations during construction phases of projects. Working with GCs to implement and adhere to the Safety Management System. Visiting different sites, many of which are on the same campus. Site walks, reports, and meetings. Serve as the project site level representative (owner representative). Conducts daily observation, assessment, measurement, analysis, etc., of construction work activities within the construction zone.
