Events

The Mt. St. Helens section meetings take place on the 3rd Thursday of each month, starting at 7:30am and concluding by 9:00am.  (Unless otherwise indicated)

Meetings are held at the Kelso-Longview Elks Lodge, 900 Ash St, Kelso, WA.

Members attend free of charge, yet are responsible for covering the cost of their own meal.  Guests, and potential new ASSP members are always welcome!

Executive Committee

The section executive committee meeting will take place, virtually, on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 7:30am to 8:30am.  Contact the Chair for the meeting link.

MSH section meeting agendas are generally provided via email from the section chair, one week prior to the scheduled monthly meeting. 

Meeting Agendas and Minutes

Section meeting agendas and minutes are sent out via email to all members listed on the ASSP Society provided section roster.  Meeting minutes are approved at each monthly section meeting.  

A call for additional agenda items also takes place at the beginning of each section monthly meeting.  If any section member has an item they would like added to the monthly section meeting, please contact the section chair at any of the contact points provided above.
