Join us, as we share important updates from the section and our home chapter, share meaningful safety moments and network with other safety professionals and businesses. Breakfast is available beginning at 7:45, it is FREE for veterans, $15 per person otherwise. Pre-registration is not required, yet is appreciated.
Rob Dahl, Safety Director for Ness Campbell Cranes, will be speaking on “Energy In Motion – Seeing Hazards Before They Hurt!”
Incidents on construction sites do not begin with injuries—they begin with uncontrolled energy. This session introduces an energy-based approach to hazard recognition, equipping leaders to identify, assess, and control hazardous energy before exposure occurs. Drawing on real-world construction scenarios and leadership experience, we will explore how energy is present in every task and how failures in control lead to serious incidents. Another great session, not to be missed!
The chapter this month is once again supporting “Chelsea’s Closet,” a non-profit group that provides c a rolling dress-up closet that brings therapeutic healing, magical moments, and comforting escapism to seriously ill children in local hospitals. We will “pass the hat” for donations to be forwarded to chapter, or you can also bring a NEW costume, that will be collected and passed on to the chapter and the foundation. This is another great outreach project form our chapter!
Please, mark your calendar, grab a friend or co-worker and join us this month!
