Our members engage with the chapter in so many ways. The new Member Engagement Passport is a fun way to recognize and celebrate that involvement. Whether you’re aiming for the top of the leaderboard or simply looking for new ways to connect, learn, and get involved, the passport makes your engagement visible and rewarding.

Passport Participation Rules
- Eligibility: All active Columbia Willamette (and it’s sections) members are eligible to participate. Members must maintain active membership throughout the passport program to remain eligible for prizes.
- Prize Drawings: Members are entered into the drawing for the highest point level they have achieved by the applicable deadline. Participants are not entered into multiple point-level drawings for the same prize period. Winners of December drawings remain eligible for April and year-end prizes.
- Officers & Committee Chairs: Active Officers and Committee Chairs are only eligible for the 5-point Swag Bag, 10-point (December 1) drawing, and 20-point (April 1) drawing. One separate year-end prize will be awarded to the Officer or Committee Chair with the highest point total.
- Prize Pickup: Winners do not need to be present to win. Prizes must be picked up at your respective chapter or section meeting. Only year-end prizes may be mailed if necessary.
- Participant Information: Please provide your full name and a valid email address when submitting engagements. This information will be used to track participation and contact prize winners.
- Verification: Engagement submissions will be reviewed for accuracy. Duplicate entries, ineligible submissions, and activities outside the current passport year will not be counted. Points do not carry over from year to year.
- Leaderboard Rankings: Leaderboard standings are based on points recorded as of the applicable prize deadline date.
- Program Changes: The chapter reserves the right to modify eligible activities, point values, prizes, and program details throughout the year as needed. Any significant changes will be communicated to members.
- Final Determinations: The chapter reserves the right to make final decisions regarding eligibility, point awards, leaderboard standings, and prize distribution.
- Most Important Rule: Have fun, make connections, and get involved. We hope to see you at an upcoming event! 😊

Leaderboard & Point Tracking
To encourage friendly competition while respecting member privacy, a live leaderboard will not be publicly posted. Members may request their current point total and passport status at any time by emailing membershipchair@cwc.assp.org. Throughout the year, the chapter may share passport milestones, participation statistics, engagement highlights, and general leaderboard updates to celebrate member involvement and keep participants informed of overall progress.
